​ICBC cases
If you come for ICBC treatment, please make sure you have the ICBC claim number ready and that your claim is within 12 weeks from the date of your Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA). ICBC has already pre-approved 12 sessions of acupuncture treatment for you. Please choose ICBC's initial treatment on our booking site.

For first-time treatment other than ICBC claim, please select Initial consultation, which includes a 60-minute initial consultation plus treatment.
For all returning patients, please choose follow-up treatment/ ICBC subsequent visit on our booking site.

MSP Supplementary Benefits

Patients with MSP Supplementary Benefits are entitled to reimbursement from MSP of $23 per visit for a combined annual limit of 10 visits each calendar year. MSP Supplementary Benefit does not automatically apply to MSP beneficiaries, only eligible applicants are entitled to apply for approval.

Please choose Acupuncture - MSP Initial Consultation if you already have the MSP Supplementary Benefit, otherwise, please pick Acupuncture - Initial Consultation, and we will assist you in going through the eligibility assessment or application. Patients will be issued receipts for their MSP reimbursement.

Extended Health Care
For patients with extended health care benefits, we do not offer direct billing, patients will be issued receipts for their insurance claims. We offer packages for extended health care benefit holders, feel free to send us an inquiry.
